Privacy policy

We collect as little as we can and never sell your information.

What we collect

• Email list: if you join, you agree to receive emails from Weeping For Waves about new releases, news, behind-the-scenes posts, merch, the vault and other offers. We store your email address, which list you joined (news, vault or merch) and the page you signed up on. Our email provider may send a confirmation email first. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we never sell or share the list.
• Orders: when you buy, our payment provider (Stripe or Lemon Squeezy) collects your payment details, email and, for physical items, your shipping address. We receive your email, what you bought and, for merch, where to ship it. We never receive your full card number.
• Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites.
• Messages: if you email us, we keep the conversation to reply.

What we don’t do

• No advertising trackers or cookies for ads.
• We don’t sell or rent your information.
• Embedded YouTube videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode and load only on pages that show them.

Who processes data for us

Cloudflare (hosting, analytics, storage of downloads), our payment provider (Stripe or Lemon Squeezy), and our email list provider. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email at any time. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@weepingforwaves.com. We keep order records as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.

Age

The Site contains explicit and suggestive content and is intended for people aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 (or under 16 in the EU and UK). If you believe a child has given us their email or other details, email hello@weepingforwaves.com and we will delete it.
